Our main focus is cheddar and mozzarella for industrial and food service supply. We also have access to other cheese types such as cagliata, edam and gouda through our extensive range of suppliers.
Cheddar cheese is pale yellow in colour with good firm body, well knit texture and uniform colour. Taste is mild, characteristic of type, creamy with sharper notes.
